Mr. Joseph Orike

Founder

Mr. Joseph Orike is the co-founder of Road Seal (Nigeria). An astute businessman and project manager, Mr. Orike brings to the APPF excellent leadership qualities and a wealth of experience that spans across the construction, fashion, real estate, investment, and trade export industries, among others. He sits on the Board of several companies in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom as a Director and Non-executive Director.

Mr. Orike received an Electronic Engineering degree from the Middlesex University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Law -LLB, International and European Law with specialization in Commercial Law from The Hague University of Applied Science.

A.A. Abubakar

Co-Founder

Mr. Abba Abubakar is the Group Supervisory Director at Priam Group, a diversified holding company with interests in Food and Beverages, Plastics, Animal Feeds, Media, Hospitality, and Banking. His vast experience in the finance sector, includes work with Helios Investment Partners, London, and as a service provider to several leading banks in Nigeria. He led the acquisition of Food Merchants International Investment Limited, which holds the master franchise for Nigeria of Chicken Cottage UK, a UK Halal food chain.

Mr. Abubakar is a board member of the fast-growing beverage company, Adama Beverages, and the plastic manufacturer, Adama Plasts. He was also a board member of Rico Gado Nutrition, an Animal Feed Company which has its roots in Portugal. Abba Abubakar is a graduate of BCU in the United Kingdom and received an MBA from ESAD Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

Rahama Ashur

Rahama Ashur is a Dietitian by profession who has implicated herself in the struggle for the rights of young people and their general wellbeing. Mrs. Ashur is the leader of the Organization of Youth Against Electoral Violence and Drug Abuse (YAEDA). Rahama Ashur is also the wife of the deceased Mansur Ahmed one of the trustees.

Rahoofat Yusuf

Ms. Rahoofat Yusuf is the founder of the humanitarian movement, YOLO Foundation, which is the sister organization to the APP Foundation. Her major objectives through her various activities is to support the Millennial Development Goals (MDG)s through various humanitarian interventions. Among the initiatives pioneered by Ms. Yusuf are several fundraising sports events such as #walkforthemissinggirls, #1000manwalkforhumanity and #supportingthegirlchildeducation to raise funds to support various humanitarian actions.

Alasa Joshua

Mr. Joshua Alasa is an activist, motivational speaker, and a defender of the Gospel. He believes that integrity is ineluctable to the fulfillment of a person’s destiny and that the establishment and commitment to follow just principles are the foundation for the making of principled society.

Kenneth Okechukwu

Mr Kenneth. C. Okechukwu is the Co-owner and Executive Director of Inter-bau Construction Limited, a leading indigenous construction company in Nigeria which specializes in building and civil engineering works. For over a decade, he has overseen the business development operations of the company which has executed major construction projects such as, airports, seaports, roads, bridges, and buildings for both federal and state governments.

 

Mr. Okechukwu is also member of the Board of Trustees of Inter-Bau Foundation, whose main objective is to provide practical construction skills training for women and young people in Nigeria, to empower them economically and socially. The foundation also seeks to bridge the expertise gap in the industry.

Kenneth Okechukwu is also the Founder and Chairman of Konek Investment & Services Limited, a multi-industry provider of construction materials, safety, and IT equipment, among others.

He is an astute and dynamic entrepreneur and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He holds an Honorary Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Abuja and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Lagos.

Dr. Adesola Osidipe

Dr. Adesola is a Specialist in Diving Medicine a subset of the Occupational Health Practice. He was trained at the College of Medicine of the University of Lagos, the Nigerian Apex Hospital-National Hospital Abuja and the University of Stellenbosch Tygerberg Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa. His work has taken him to several Africa countries (onshore and offshore) including Libya, Benin, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Togo, and Namibia.

 

Dr. Adesola is a recipient of several awards and director in several successful establishments in the oil and gas and healthcare service industries including Tidaltech Support Services and Sage Integrated Marine Services. He has developed an impressive knowledge and resource base spanning the entire Nigerian service sector. More importantly, throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for the wellbeing of Africans.
